      Pros

      Overall, this is one of the best groups of people that I've worked with. The company culture is healthy, respectful, and professional. The technical capabilities of the teams is also above average.

      Cons

      The company is currently going through a phase of growth with brings with it the usual growing pains. Management is organizing to deal with it, but it is a process.

      Pros

      Quite possibly the best UI design in Knoxville No dead weight (team members are capable individuals) Low turnover Change is glacial (allows you to stay focused on your customer and your project)

      Cons

      Fosters an elitist, pampered culture Heavily dependent upon Department of Energy funding No cross-project standards (only exception: all business logic gets put in stored procedures) Change is glacial (frequent partnership stalemates)
