Pros

I have been an employee here for almost 7 months. When I started, I could tell what a close knit team this was. Weekly team nights, team building activities, as well as out of state conferences all help to maintain the fun and energetic workplace. It feels like a family!

Cons

I have had no bad experiences here as of yet.

This employer offers uncapped earning potential. I determine the amount of money I make. The Management Training Program is just that. It is a program designed to develop managers. It is a accelerated semester in business management.

Cons

This is not a company to work for if you are not looking to work hard and advance. Interested candidates should be willing to work nights and weekends.
