No growth Don’t expect your loyalty will gain respect or promotions Bad EDR food No one cares about you or your well being Everyone gatekeeps to maintain their own job security Job security is nonexistent Will use you close to probation and discard you (should say a lot about a company) Will over work you even if it isn’t necessary and won’t make it up to you
