Pros

Flexible scheduling, easy to request time off

Cons

Literally everything, they pride themselves in being a female owned company but the owner is incredibly sexist and will always favor men. They are always understaffed and over work the hell out of all their baristas ( including me), HR likes to bully people they dont like by giving them poor schedules and disregards their cries for help when their baristas need it.

Pros

Starting rate ok for the time, management gave baristas a decent amount of decision-making power. no micro-managing. good coffee.

Cons

Cut hours without empathy, while expanding constantly. Bad healthcare. Clopens regularly if you're new or they think they can take advantage of you.
