So busy and just so busy

Training is nonexistent. Be prepared to show up and have people who don’t know what they are doing telling tell you to do something you won’t know how to do. Asking questions is awkward and typically you feel like an annoyance to management. You will spend a month bussing and running food before you get moved to other positions. I wasn’t there long but having conversations with other employees ensured I didn’t need to see it out. They were not happy, and many are experiencing their first job with bad management.
