Pros
The food here is delicious. The kitchen staff works very hard to ensure that. Also the restaurant is in a prime location so there are a lot of very nice clients.
Cons
Something I've noticed right off the bat is that if you are not Azerbaijani or Turkish, then you will not be treated fairly. I often had my schedule completely disregarded when being scheduled. The owners often brought in treats for the employees...here's the catch: only for the Azerbaijani/Turkish employees. It was very awkward to stand there awkwardly as one of the only non-Azerbaijani/Turkish employees as we were the only ones to not be given the treats.
