You can get free beer if it's out of date or something is wrong with the packaging.
Cons
There is basically no room for growth. If you aren't already in a great position, chances are you will just have to stay stagnant in your current job. The company doesn't take time to hire quality employees, and as this company depends on every person (from warehouse employees, to delivery drivers, to merchandisers, to salespeople) actually doing their jobs, multiple mistakes and laziness cost the company business and revenue. There is also no work/life balance, and you're lucky if you're able to get away without a physical toll on your body with the amount of work they expect from you. Finally, no matter how many hours of hard work you give to CPB, don't expect anything if you decide to move on. In fact, expect the company to be vindictive and find ways to swindle you.
