Pros

Benefits are great, compensation is decent to above average. There is a lot of talent around you. CIO is very bright and innovative.

Cons

Compliance shuts down basically any initiative. Managers are quick to shut down innovation. Lots of turnover because everyone is a chef in the kitchen. No one has any idea what processes are required to complete routine tasks. Process simply doesn't exist. PMO is clueless and rather ramble about things of which they have no idea. The word cloud is strictly prohibited.

Government Job..get foot in door

Call CENTER Employees need more training.New employees are thrown on the phones and get all kinds of questions they cannot answer. So a lot of wrong info is given purposely because your goal is quantity. On and off the phone
