Benefits, that’s about it anymore.

Cons

Wow!! Let’s see. I have been there for a while. The company has management that is very unfair. If you are not in their little “group of people”, then they will treat you like a black sheep. It don’t matter how hard you work for them.

Highly Unprofessional Senior Management

Pros

There are plenty of good people in the corporate offices and production plant.

Cons

Where do I start. Senior management at Caire is absolutely awful. It's not just that they don't communicate or have no direction, some of them are actually very toxic people. I wish I could say it was isolated to a single department but there are several I would include in this statement. I have witnessed some truly horrible and unprofessional behavior. I will not go into detail but if you are considering joining the Caire team I would recommend you use caution and be aware of what you may be walking into.

Pros

Used to be a good place to work.

Cons

Communication does not exist. Management is a revolving door. Promotion goes to unqualified employees and the competent are living daily. Work load is transferred to the ones left.
