      Pros

      The leadership is wonderful. Your opinions and input are valued and appreciated. The work is exciting and keeps you engaged regardless of what department or project you are in. Best of all the culture! Working alongside funny and hard working people makes it a joy to come into the office everyday.

      Pros

      I am energized everyday at work, and even go home excited about my day. We get to challenge our assumptions and bring new ideas to the table. Meaningful work is the aspiration for everything we do. Minimizing tedium and empowering people to make a difference. Everyone is open to feedback, positive in their outlook on life, and driven to do their best. Opportunities to grow from every position in the organization.

      Cons

      There isn't really adequate competition in the office for foosball.

      Pros

      Excellent and hilarious team. Everyone is smart, dedicated to providing a great customer experience, and there are no big egos. I admire and learn from my coworkers every day. Also, having dogs in the office is amazing.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment and there is a ton of autonomy - I love it, but it is not for everyone.
