Pros

Location Magarpatta IT tower is the one positive point. Flexible working hour - no in out timing. Team dinner every 3 months No dress code Growing organization

Cons

Working hours can be late sometimes but not a big issue. No proper transparency in company revenue and clients feedback. No work appreciation. Average Pay Scale, at appraisal time nothing will be appreciated. Boss is the technical lead here. but except one boss other lacks technically and project management .

The management is good and helping. Atmosphere is nice. Encouraging staff and employees and higher officials.

Cons

Less events / extra curricular activities during the year. Less time to learn and implement technologies in your project. No pick up / drop service for people staying far away.
