Beautiful location, big investment into visitor facility, and wonderful history and reputation.

Cons

Absolutely toxic workplace. Family ownership constantly intervening to their own detriment into all aspects of operations causing tremendous instability and hurting the sustainability of this brand.

The HR department for this company is a complete joke. They will do what they can to fire you instead of trying to retain you. They will also lie to unemployment as to why you were let go, that way they don't have to pay out for wrongfully firing you.
