      Great place for women to work but men need not apply

      Pros

      The whole culture is set on promoting women and have an annual conference on Pathway to Leadership for women. Young men have no hope of ever getting promoted here unless they are willing to kiss the queens' boots.

      Cons

      Everything is focused on women women women. Being a man here means that you can only go so far and how dare you question women. It's reverse discrimination at its worst.
