Bad management Favoritism Weak leadership

This a start up who tried to run before they could walk. A lack of attention to details in reimbursement, inventory and quality control has generated a negative first impression for many providers and created an uphill battle. A good example of overlooking details is that I experienced multiple payroll issues that left me with a large unplanned tax bill. When leadership change was necessary felt like personal relationships or DEI was prioritized over qualifications.
