Progressive business that is committed to staff development and that fosters a client centric approach. The commitment to the client and making their business friction free is first and foremost. Staff that are committed, driven, connected and supportive are truly given the chance to thrive. As Calastone continues to grow, they also continue to support their staff more and more through training and benefits.

Cons

There is a high standard set for employees- not a con for hard workers, but could be for others.

Pros

Low commute fee when working on the night shift.

Cons

The leader of the mandarin team is stupid, he didn't know he is just customer service working for a few more years. The job is not as technical as advertised and it will be possible to become the end of an IT career life if you didn't leave soon.

Generally nice people below middle management and nice offices - free breakfast and lunch occasionally

Cons

Totally ruthless and bad senior management. People in senior positions get fired for no reason whatsoever. And they do it in a totally unempathetic way. They don’t give anyone a chance. If you don’t play the politics with senior personnel you’ll be out. All male management team bar one female who is basically their puppet.
