Good opportunities to learn and grow beyond your role if you have the desire. The work can be hard and the hours sometimes long, but the benefits of being a Calculx employee make their competitive salary actually worth much more.
Cons
Hard interview process to get the best out of us. But, later I understood they just want to get the best out of the best candidate.
