      Cons

      Fire people without warning or cause. Terrible culture. Leadership has no idea how manufacturing works. Senior Leadership is completely out of touch with reality.

      Pros

      All the hours you could want. Limited, but potential for growth. Willing to cross train across multiple departments if you show you are willing to work and be dedicated. Flexible scheduling allowing for 4 10 hour shifts or 5 8 hour shifts depending on your department.

      Cons

      Unlimited Mandatory Overtime, extra hours worked in the week do not count to your mandatory over time requirement, meaning you could work 4 12 hour days and still need to work a full 10 hour day to meet their overtime requirement. Employee perks considerably shrank during the 2024-2025 period. Employee incentives were considerably reduced during the 2024 period, forklift certifications no longer give a $0.30 pay increase, and pay increases for being fully trained within a department were removed in early 2024.
