1. Honestly, nothing stood out positively. 2. No real advantage or benefit to highlight.

Cons

Poor management, low salaries, and toxic politics make the workplace difficult. Appraisals are based on favoritism, not performance. No focus on growth, poor work-life balance, and weak leadership with constant micromanagement hurt morale and productivity.

Good salary, people are good (excluding some top leaders), latest tech to work on, good learning opportunities

Cons

Micro management, no life other than work, long weekdays and work on weekends as well, so many politics due to stupid management.
