Pros
- the staff and supervisors are supportive, understanding, and kind
- the organization from the bottom up display anti oppressive, trauma informed and harm reduction practices
- they are incredibly inclusive and are supportive of their workers with disabilities, and or mental health problems
Cons
when part time you cannot get benefits otherwise honestly it is a pretty good job. I do wish I made more money but they pay pretty equitably and do their best to cover your gas expenses.
