      Pros

      I was able to make a tangible difference in people's lives.

      Cons

      They have many volunteers now so it can be hard to get a shift. They also were not hiring often. The only positions available were in the call center which can be a high stress environment.

      low pay increase room for upgrading is low if you are a warehouse worker high stress and demand if you are in front line toxicity is prevalent
