Pros
Manager is a generally good person; but lacks some good leadership qualities. Owner is a joke and needs "grunts" to do anything business like. More $$ than brains.
Cons
Leadership, communications, employee support and healthcare is hit or miss. The pay is atrocious. Even for flight instructors. Management is back handed. Tries to get other employees to spy on others to find out what is going on. Certain employees get together and purposely leave out the employees that have the real abilities and knowledge to make business successful. Manager is not pro active nor a good follow through person. Owner is a rich wanna be business person. The flight school is merely a front for her to still be flying regularly without hubby pulling the cash flow. No communication, empathy, or people skills. It's a toxic corporate culture.
