Working at caliber was a very bad experience. No matter how hard you work, there is no recognition or appreciation. The senior management doesn’t know what the employees actually do and makes decisions without giving any reason. They always communicate important things at the last minute, which creates a lot of confusion. There are very few opportunities to grow or learn new skills, so there’s no chance to improve your career. Job security is also very poor—you can lose your job anytime without any explanation. The leave policies are strict and unfair, making it very difficult to get approval even for genuine reasons. The salary is very low compared to other companies, and the appraisals are not worth the effort. To make things worse, the management doesn’t care about employee safety (especially women), even when serious problems happen. The company officials give more importance to people from their own community, which creates a very biased and unfair work environment. Honestly, this company is not even worth a single star. Overall, this is not a good company to work for, and I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone who wants a safe and growing career.
