      No promotions after assistant manager.

      At caliber the shifts were short

      Cons

      Bad work life balance a lot of work overtime, hard work is not appreciated. Had to fight for promotions and management would hire out managers so promotions stop at assistant manager.

      Building a great team and making a difference in a small town

      Cons

      Too much pressure for a simple carwash. Quality is dropping due to cutting corners with labor hours and as many other expenses as they can. As much as they boast about caring about bettering people’s lives, they don’t care about the employees’ lives.
