Pros
I was here for years and am having a hard time finding something positive to say about this place. Benefits were good, but there really isn't anything else redeeming about this company.
Cons
The culture: gossip-filled, management creates cliques, some employees are purposefully left out of activities to reiterate these cliques. Management will also fire anyone for personal conflicts. Feedback from management was non-existent. Never praise for a job well done. Just overall toxic behavior. Boundaries: There were no boundaries for what management would ask someone to do, even if it was outside of their job description. Diversity: If you are looking for a progressive and inclusive place to work, look elsewhere! It says a lot about a place when you can look around and not find many differences amongst employees. You would be hard-pressed to find many people of different abilities, ethnicities, orientations, etc at Caliber. Work load: Talk about never being able to take a day off! Any time someone took a vacation they were expected to complete tasks, answer messages, read emails, etc.
