There is no reason for work there. No worklife balance. Such a small company.

Cons

The company want to terminate anyone whenever required without any experience letter. This company had only one papa mr atul sharma which make wrong decision and wrong policies and never done targets. which affect atterations and many resignations. No worklife balance. Wrong Incentives policy with never done targets.
