• Supportive and collaborative team environment • Leadership that genuinely cares about employees • Opportunities to grow and take on new ideas • Fast-paced and creative work atmosphere • Great culture that makes coming to work enjoyable

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. Like any growing company things can move quickly at times, but that also creates exciting opportunities to learn and be part of new initiatives.
