The healthcare benefits were great and the original team before our company was acquired by calibre was great. Remote and flexible working options were good.
Cons
I was massively underpaid and over worked, none of my additional work was noticed or paid. I was on a team of 8 which went down to a team of 3 within 6 months, none of those roles were backfilled we were just expected to “plod on”. Our payslips were always incorrect, some months we would pay no tax or NI. Once my company was acquired by Calibre we had no permanent or full time management. The company is living off maxed out credit cards and are not afraid to ask employees to pay for company property such as merchandise, which I found very unprofessional. I was also told to my face that I was underpaid and there’s nothing they will do about it.
