Free food, decent pay, discount on catering orders

Cons

Insane micromanaging. Constant changes, obtuse, disconnected from reality CEO, miserably laughable benefits. The owner and his cronies are in the world of their own, disconnected from humanity, under the impression that rudeness is funny. They treat the employees like trained monkeys.

really good pay, you get to keep your tips, free lunch, good discount

Cons

Lots of rules, can't paint your nails, can't wear earrings, always have to be doing something, even if you're cashier they'll make you work in the kitchen, I almost always stayed later then I was scheduled

Owner is so rude to his own workers. Keeps changing the company policies where it affects business.
