      Not sure really. Handful of good colleagues.

Talented individuals may be present one day and dismissed the next, often without clear explanations for their departures. Expressing dissenting opinions, especially those that may challenge the new CEO, may result in sudden departures.       great learning environment and collegial; open and embracing to all cultures and backgrounds; great history; good benefits

      Cons

      leadership out of touch with rest of staff; overly political and corporate-like culture; old-school: can't wear jeans and exempt employees have to clock in and clock out; leaders manage from top down, excluding few departments.
