Pros
There is a lot of autonomy on the job and you get the opportunity to learn a lot about the economics of California counties. Get a lot of experience in Excel and Adobe InDesign as well. Very relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
Training takes a while and it takes a while to get the big picture of what you're doing. The company doesn't seem to be growing. They are not clear about how long the non paying period of the internship is.
