      Pros

      -great people work here, really friendly environment -senior management is very approachable -great work/life balance, never expected to work overtime -Amazing benefits plan (profit sharing! Fully covered medical vision and dental! 401K!)

      Cons

      PTO policy is archaic. 10 days off in your first year includes your sick days!!

      Pros

      I have had a great experience working for California Faucets, i have really grown here and this place has allowed me to have great benefits, great working hours, plenty of OT, every now and then you get a nice treat. This company provides you stability if you want it, How you work and being on time is HUGE in this company.

      Cons

      A bit of downside is the company is limited to growth because of the size of buildings which makes work difficult because there is not enough room to move around physically, the company can improve in many areas but to me the ones that matter are Core Values, Covid-19 check in, equipment, space to work.

      Pros

      Upper management and executives are approachable, fair and ethical. Family owned so they understand that you may have family obligations. Employees are very nice, easy to work with. It is a true family atmosphere. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Literally, the only con I can think of... more paid holidays would be nice.
