Low wages, some wages taken away like wheelchair pay, wheelchairs required to be put in your personal vehicle as well as individuals but the company will not pay your insurance and practically nothing for damages to car by wheelchairs or clients, terrible management that doesn't stand by their staffs concerns about safety and medical issues, lack of staff, extra duties that CNA's should be handling and extra work like cleaning the entire building everyday instead of having a cleaning crew handle that
