      Pros

      Driven organization, so you need to be ready to put the pedal to the metal. Lots of latitude to suceed, but you better know your stuff.

      Cons

      Can be pretty demanding, but when your head. hits the pillow at night, you know you've accomplished something.

      Pros

      Absolutely nothing! Come here if you want to end anything you have going for yourself.

      Cons

      The main goal is to promise you the moon just to get you to bring your talent and then give you toilet water. The owner will expect you to work 12hr a day and then pay you flat time telling you that you will be compensated at the end. Non qualified people share the responsibility of HR. Non stop harassment from the owner. The owner never pays you on time and your checks will bounce. Venders will contantly call asking for payment. Customers always come last. The owner and his minions will lie cheat and steal from clients, workers, venders and advertisers.

      none -- RUN! This place will drive you crazy. You will work 16 hours a day and they still expect more.

      Cons

      The CEO treats employees like servants...wait worse, he yells at people, embarrasses them in front of staff and doesn't pay his bills
