Great mission - poor administration

Pros

Great people in the field offices, and really good commitment to the communities served.

Cons

Administration offers anti-workforce attitudes out of one side of their mouths and pro-wellness jargon out of the other. ED retired and new ED in place. Lots of burn-out at all levels of the org.

Client experiences are amazing Most Staff attorneys are committed and great co-workers

Cons

No meaningful change in leadership for YEARS; org does not support staff attorneys in professional growth and often instead supports bullying and backstabbing; employee change-over is substantial (I was there for 2 years, my entire 5 attorney unit left in that period); innovation and change is not valued; those who do move up flatter the established 30 year leadership.

Cons

The leadership teams does not value the workers. They are forcing anyone with more than 15 years of experience out. They don't want anyone who might challenge their decisions.
