Pros

There were none. I thought being a substitute teacher here would be a flexible job that would allow me to balance work and family life, but oh no, it was not.

Cons

Worst company I have worked for. Incredibly unprofessional. I signed on as a substitute teacher and they changed their policy so that subs need to be every day M-F. Instead of calling in, I was required to "call out". Made no sense. The company's different departments do not communicate with one another. We were notified of two days of training less than 5 business days prior. HR notified me that I had a disciplinary action report before I even started my first day of work due to a lack of communicating between departments on how new hires were to complete mandatory training (I was told online, HR insisted it was to be done onsite at our school during our first week of training/shadow day)
