      Pros are really great but cons are also pretty detrimental

      Pros

      - Fairly good work life balance - Remote work - No “cliqueness” culture or pressure to socialize - Very smart, professional, and cool colleagues

      Cons

      - Disorganized - Not clear on what I’m supposed to be doing all the time - Experience really depends on your team lead - Work can feel tedious - Feels like there’s a high-pressure, top-down mentality where the goal is to please or avoid being attacked

      Pros

      They are promoting a lot of people. Heard some even got promotions after applying via e-mail with no interview.

      Cons

      I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be doing every day... My boss is really new and stressed out. They said the reports are supposed to be based on our work. My supervisor is just making stuff up to make their boss happy. They keep promoting people because people keep quitting. Especially the supervisors. They also increased bonuses and pay and promised to keep FT telework. I think they are trying to bribe us! On Reddit people are complaining about RTO and state budget cuts... this place seems shady. Doesn't help this is boring meaningless work. I'm looking for a new job.
