Lots of work and overtime pay available. Flexible schedule. Some great coworkers and genuinely good people at lower levels.
Cons
Extremely low rates of pay relative to job types. Very expensive healthcare options. No raises. Lots of turnover among employees and no consistency. No opportunities for advancement. Too much indecision at the corporate level. Too much instability at middle management levels.
