Supervisor has no respect from employees due to lying and finger pointing. Will cut product from your route then blame you for not having product in the market. Your pay fluctuates a lot from week to week, never know what your pay will be.

When getting paid every week, it is a freaking disappointment compared to the number of hours you work. For holidays, don’t get paid anything extra, the commission percent for retail stores is 8% and one way drops is 5% they can definitely afford to bump both up but don’t care too. Upper management gives zero craps, they are all just buddies with each other for years so unqualified guys will be in positions that they absolutely do not deserve. The list can go on and on and on for cons working here.
