Pros

I have worked at Call Control for less than a year and it has already been the best employer I have ever worked for. At Call Control you are family, and you are treated with nothing but respect from your co-workers as well as the owner's of the company, Blu and Zach. It is not your average call center where there are 100 other agents and you are treated like just another face in the crowd. At Call Control you really are a part of the Call Control Family and everyone takes care of each other. I look forward to going into work every single day and I consider myself lucky to be able to grow with the company.

Cons

You are on the phone following up with customer's majority of the day and sometimes you run into difficult and angry customer's that are hard to deal with.

Awesome culture...

Pros

Call Control has a very unique culture. If you are thinking about working there, you should become familiar with their Core Values prior to applying as the management holds every team member accountable for following/memorizing the values. The staff is small and is a very close knit group. Everyone gets along very well and enjoy working with each other. The management does a nice job of making the staff feel valued. Since I have been here, we have been rewarded with a movie day out during normal working hours, received gift card bonus, free lunch. Other rewards that have been given out to other employees include spa days, gas cards, cash, and candy. They do a lot of small things to show they care. Staff members earn raffle tickets throughout their shift for hitting certain goals. At month's end, they pull raffle tickets to give out prizes. Overall, Call Control is a pretty cool place to work. Very different than typical call centers.

Cons

The pay isn't great. Everyone starts at 11.00/hour. Also, the work can be mind dulling as we say the same thing all day long. However, the calls are VERY easy. No sales or soliciting is involved.

Wonderful Place of Business

Pros

Call Control is a great place to be employed. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone gets along with one another. Our bosses are easily accessible and keep us motivated on a daily basis. Our core values for the company are reflected in every action we do. We are all proud of the work we do and I am happy to come to work every day. The work day is never boring and we always find a way to laugh through anything. The relationships I've made here, I know will last a lifetime. I couldn't ask for a better employer and staff that I work with.

Cons

The work is a little monotonous but as a company, we find ways to make it fun and rejuvenating. Like I said, there is never a dull moment.
