There aren’t any pros in this role.

Cons

You will always be working, on call is 6am until 10pm, you won’t have any clarity on your shifts or any meaningful support as nobody in the office communicates. Again, you will literally always be working, and even on your days off you’ll be asked to cover shifts. Very bad place to work.

severe lack of training

lack of training put into some really bad situations and expected to know how to deal with them.
