Worked there for two years Great 50% discount Co-workers always got along Fun vibe in the stores Style guides were always new and up to date trained on everything from stock to cash
Cons
Competitiveness and a lot of stress on part timers to meet sales goals, no commission. When management changed part timers went from a steady 15-25 hours to one shift every two weeks. Management still hired more people even tho existing employees werent getting hours Said 4 management members needed their hours there was no room to fit part timers If you call in sick they generally get mad.. Called in once OVERALL it's a good job if you are getting hours
