Pros

Call The Car offers a great environment for career progression, even for those without prior experience of a college degree. I had the opportunity to grow into more advanced roles with support from management, who are responsive and genuinely care about employee development. The company encourages internal growth, and I've built strong friendships with coworkers across different departments. The environment is fun and inclusive, with events like Customer Service Week, potlucks, birthday parties, and holiday celebrations that really bring the team together. It's a great place to network and build meaningful connections while advancing your career.

Cons

The pay could be more competitive, but as of a recent restructuring, it's reasonable, and like any company still in its early stages, they're "building the plane as they fly it," so technological hiccups and unrefined processes and procedures are to be expected. However, the company is taking steps to address these issues, and you can see the improvement day by day as they continue to grow and evolve.
