People that you work with day to day

Cons

Days in office now has to be Monday-Thursday starting Jan. 2027. C suite is very reactive, pretends to listen to concerns but don't care to act on the feedback given. Just reiterates why they're doing what they want to do.

Pros

good culture and benefits, good flexibility with management for the most part. You will never take work home.

Cons

Leadership has bet the farm on selling AI products and we are losing because the product isn't polished but we are still charging for it. Meanwhile management keeps asking us to do more with fewer people and resources. This used to be a good place to work. We used to have team outings, we had a beer fridge. There was enough people working on this team so the work didn't seem like so much of a grind. Leadership was willing to spend money on us and the products that we touch every day.
