Pros

CallSource began with a great vision in CallTracking. Some Managers were great team players and examples. Vision was clear for customers

Cons

Technology has fallen behind and too many new products were promised that never came to fruition. Poor company culture and unhappy employees due to unqualified managers. Constant management turnover looking to make changes to improve company, but end up hurting the company

Terrible Company

Pros

Great coworkers, and great food truck (especially the breakfast tacos!)

Cons

Everything. The execs don't know you and they certainly don't care to know you, as long as you're working your ass off they're satisfied. Don't even consider sharing your ideas since they have led to people being fired. They try to boost moral by having food trucks come once in a blue moon instead of actually paying their employees decent wages.

The people are great (peers), unfortunately, most of management has their heads up their rears.
