Pros

Working for Callbox has been such a blast! The company takes care of our meals and gives us a lot of opportunities to earn performance bonuses and incentives. With regards to the leaders and management, they are supportive, approachable and very much willing to lend a hand. My manager makes sure that our team has huddles and coaching sessions to identify opportunities for improvement. I have already invited some friends to apply in the company.

Cons

Office arrangement needs to be modified.

The company holds a lot of training, and skills enhancement programs. They also give incentives to top performers. They know how to have fun despite being a high standard sales firm.

I'm happy to say I've learned a lot of skills I didn't know I had, thanks to the people willing to offer me opportunities to practice my talent. I also developed effective problem solving methods in dealing in tight situations, which is a huge plus in my personal growth. The overall company culture is great, I like that they put effort in disaster reliefs and charity programs that improve the quality of life for poor households.

Cons

It can be overwhelming to new employees as you need to have a good grasp of the tools they use and business terminologies, but otherwise possible to overcome through training and mentorship.
