      Work from home for some roles. Committed staff driven by values. Good medical.

      Cons

      403b match a joke, worse for non-union but bad all around. Vacation and time off not competitive with similar jobs. Unnecessary and constant change. Feeling unimportant and invisible. Many managers are less experienced than their staff.

      Great co-workers and management, some room to grow

      Cons

      Be very aware that the CEO will lay off any employees - medical professionals too - for budget cuts to fund their holiday ball. It’s a rotating door for a medical clinic which is disappointing. Good people come and go at this place.

      After new management, it has gone down hill. respect out the door and team members refuse to learn anything new. They get in their feelings if you try to help. Use this place to get your experience and leave
