Great co workers Decent pay still leaves us below the poverty line Back bone of the company is production and their minds
Cons
Stressful White hairs start growing in prematurely Old machines Old equipment Haunted Lack of communication form the plant to the office. Unrealistic goals There's alot of room for improvement

Great culture that provides lots of opportunities for employees to contribute their ideas and bring them to life. They are all about developing people and making a difference in the world, so there is a strong sense of purpose when you work here, and its a very supportive environment.
Cons
If you're not interested in continuous improvement then this isn't the place for you. You are expected to find ways of improving processes, job your job better, and eliminating waste. They train you and give you time to work on processes but you have to be willing to participate. It can be pretty demanding if you don't like change.
