      - Fully Remote - Best culture and people - Retreats every year - Calo food if you are in country where calo operates

      Cons

      - Engineering growth is good for beginners but no for mid level - Salary is tricky they have parity based salaries, which means if you are in poor country you will be paid less compared to other peers of same level in different country.
