      none. neither you will learn anything nor you will be growing. company focus is more on profits in between its doesn't bother about there employee.

      Cons

      no work life balance, there is no hike for employees doesn't matter what is your primary skill they will add in any project and any technology. micro management.

      Work culture is really good. Opportunity to work on emerging technologies. Great place to start you carrier and the change to gain expertise on the technologies. Employee centric, HR policies are good.
