Pros
People - Majority of workers and mid level managements are lovely. They are there for the true reasons, to provide care for the customers.
Cons
Management and Execs are only there running through motions. They are blind or choose to ignore the toxicity of some management are causing. The constant change of execs means that the organization in in constant restructuring, with no long term results in site. The new execs are also running the organization like a private firm.
